City Care's Westlawn Gardens development includes a 24-unit permanent supportive housing project completed in 2008. This development provides much needed housing for low-income families with disabilities, including some who have completed their transitional housing program at Pershing Center.
On-site supportive services include Case Management, Substance Abuse Counseling & recovery support, as well Life Skills training and other services.
City Care also has a duplex and four single-family homes serving those without supportive service needs. Future development plans for the Westlawn Gardens neighborhood include additional single-family homes and duplexes.
