City Care is breaking the cycle of homelessness and redeveloping the Westlawn Gardens Neighborhood, one of the most impoverished neighborhoods in Oklahoma City. Our housing programs allow us to provide affordable housing for a variety of special need households including elderly, disabled, and mothers who are being reunited with their children. City Care's housing programs include:

• Pershing Center Transitional Supportive Housing serving homeless


• Westlawn Gardens Permanent Supportive Housing serving homeless with disabilities


• Westlawn Gardens Affordable Housing serving low-income households


• Westlawn Gardens Homeless to Homeowner Program serving low-income households

Our developments are furnished with all bills paid (except Homeless to Homeowner) since most families when moving out of homelessness, even though they are working, do not have the resources to pay utility deposits or obtain furnishings.
